Marketing and Sales Manager
Job Profile
- Strategizing and implementing all matters relating to sales and business development of residential properties.
- Recruit, lead, motivate, train and coach the sales team, while maintaining an active role in direct sales; including setting an example of an aggressive pace in goal achievement by personally working deals as necessary.
- Drive in revenue by effectively and consistently ensuring the sales team is performing at their best and achieving their target.
- Devise Sales strategies (including pricing, promotion, documentation required in the transaction, etc.)
- Obtain properties by developing and maintaining relationships with Builders and Brokers.
- Generate enquiries and develop business for upcoming projects, whilst continuously monitoring and evaluating price trends in the market.
- Participate in negotiations and bring deals to a closure.
- Hunting for Investors and building relations with them.
- Provide feedback on potential sales, service improvement and operating issues to the management.
- Provide USPs for brand building activities to the management for each of the projects based on research / survey along with customer / broker interactions.
- Analyze the competition and suggest appropriate measures for improvement to the management.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Full time PGBDM / MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B-School.
- Strong inter-personal, leadership and communication skills.
- High on innovation, enthusiasm & result-orientation.
- Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools.
- Proficiency in preparing and giving presentations.
Marketing and Sales Trainee
Job Profile
- Study all the processes involved in the lifecycle of an outright residential purchase transaction.
- Gain a good knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Market in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain relationships with Builders and Agents in the assigned area.
- Get regular property updates from the assigned Agents and Builders.
- Interact with the clients to understand their requirements and accompany them on Site Visits.
- Participate in negotiations and bring deals to a closure.
- Make sure the Documentation Procedure goes through smoothly.
- Maintain follow ups with clients to ensure good service and to generate leads through references.
- Keep the Sales Manager informed about new and upcoming projects and their availability.
- Strive to achieve personal monthly targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the management.

- Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
- Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery.
- Ability to work in a Team.
